How do I place an order?
|
Placing an order on our site is simple and secure. We process all orders on a secure server in order to protect all of your personal information. If you have registered for an account already, you'll want to login before you checkout so that our system can pull up your saved billing and shipping information.

How much sales tax do you charge?
|
In accordance with Texas law, we charge an 8.25% sales tax on all orders being shipped to Texas. Products shipped anywhere other than Texas will be tax exempt.

What shipping methods do you offer?
|
TheFinleyshirt.com offers four shipping methods: UPS Ground: Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days. $12 cost. UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days. $22 cost. UPS Next Day Air: Delivery is guaranteed the next business day. $40 cost. UPS Saturday: Next day shipment with Saturday delivery by noon. $55 cost. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. $35 cost.
All international orders are shipped via UPS Wolrdwide Express. Please contact us for shipping costs.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm CST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. P.O. Boxes cannot receive UPS deliveries.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, which includes the UPS tracking number for your package, once your order has been shipped. TheFinleyshirt.com will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
If, for any reason, you must cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order providing it has not already been shipped. Should you cancel your order after the shipment has been made, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Do you sell gift cards?

How do Finley Gift Cards work?
|
When you purchase a Gift Card from the Finley store, we will automatically generate a unique gift code. This code will be printed on the Gift Card, and we will mail it to the shipping address you specify during the checkout process.
Gift Cards purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our website and are not valid at any other stores carrying Finley apparel.
If the recipient does not redeem the full Gift Card amount on their first purchase, the remaining balance will be saved as a store credit and can be applied towards future purchases made on our site.
If the recipient purchases something exceeding the amount of their Gift Card, they will be prompted to enter their credit card information during checkout to cover the difference in cost.

How do I redeem my Gift Card?
|
If you have received a Finley Gift Card, you will see a string of letters and numbers printed along the bottom. This is a unique code created to monitor your account balance. Your Gift Card can only be used at the Finley online store and is not valid at other retail locations.
To redeem your Gift Card, decide what items you would like to purchase and add them to your tote.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to submit payment information. When you get to this page, select "Gift Card" from the "Payment Option" drop down menu. Enter your Gift Card number in the field below and then hit the "Submit" button. You will see that the full Gift Card amount has been applied to your order total.
If there is a remaining amount due, you will be prompted to enter additional payment information. You can either enter in a second Gift Card code, or provide us with your credit card information.
If there is a balance remaining on your Gift Card, you will see what's left in the "Total" line. You can use this remaining credit to purchase additional items from our online store any time. Just make sure you keep your unique Gift Card number as you will need it for additional purchases.

How do I track my order?
|
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from UPS containing a tracking number. You can track your order by entering this number into the UPS tracking form located here.

What is your exchange & return policy?
|
Exchanges and returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL TAGS attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, TheFinleyshirt.com reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. You may exchange or return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please request a return authorization (RA) number by filling out the Return Authorization Request form located here. You will be given an RA# via e-mail within 48 hours. Make sure your name, address and RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. Without your RA#, your return package will not be accepted and therefore returned back to you without any credit. We advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express or UPS for proof of delivery. This will provide you with recourse in the event the package is lost, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please note that if you send the package COD (Cash/Check on Delivery), it will not be accepted. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original packaging. Clearly write the RA# on the box and send to:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place.
